Emergency Contact spreadsheet

Hey team,

New emergency contact spreadsheet here. This is for members to see who to contact or what your wishes are in the case of an accident where you might not be contactable or able to share this info.

We have changed its location so it's under the THPA google account rather than someone's personal account and also added some columns. Please take the time to enter or transfer your current details to the new one. I have deleted my details from the old one and deleted that spreadsheet from my Google Sheets account.

Note: This is strictly for emergency use only. Anyone with the link can edit it. Be great to have your info on here even if you do not have an inreach device. Column on the far right is for any extra information/medical you would like used in the case of an emergency.  It's not a private document - anypone with the link can see it - so only write what you are comfortable revealing.
